Villa Maat is a laid-back Jamaican paradise in the Zion Hill district of Fairy Hill, seven miles east of Port Antonio on the island's quiet, green north-east coast. It is a whole home — two storeys, two patios, a fully equipped kitchen and a walled garden — built to live lightly on the land it sits in.
Quiet, serene roads lead out from the gate for a breathtaking morning or evening stroll. Come as a family, a group of friends, or a remote-working couple who want a month of green.
The Home
A king room, a queen room with two private balconies, a bunk room that sleeps four, and a twin room — one downstairs, three upstairs. A living room to gather in, a kitchen to actually cook in, and a fenced, gated yard with parking for two cars.

The name Maat comes from the ancient idea of balance and harmony. It's how the house is run — sun-heated water, local food, and as little plastic as possible.

Your Host
A teacher by profession and an Airbnb Superhost for more than twelve years, KerryAnn is, in her own words, obsessed with making sure her guests are happy. Fresh fruit from the garden is waiting when you arrive, and she'll happily arrange taxis, excursions and the Scatter Falls tour with local guides.
Lenny and Lance look after the house day to day — guests tend to leave feeling like family.

About 7.5 miles east of Port Antonio town along the coast road, between San San and Boston Bay. Roughly 2 hours' drive from Kingston (NMIA) and 2.5 hours from Ocho Rios; Ian Fleming International Airport is about 1.5 hours.
